CRAIG A. MEYERS has 18 years experience in government relations, with an emphasis on public/private partnerships with hospitals, colleges and nonprofit organizations in the federal appropriations process. Mr. Meyers has worked closely with institutions to define programs and projects that are well suited to today's competitive fiscal environment. These efforts include research and report preparation for a national laboratory and management of a consortium of aerospace contractors designed to support and implement NASA's Earth Observing System. In addition, Mr. Meyers has conducted legislative tracking and analysis activities for Fortune 500 companies, high-technology start-ups, and state and local governments.
